The Summer 2025 edition of the EPND e-newsletter highlights strong progress across our platform and community. Since the launch of the EPND Hub last December, its catalogue has grown to include over 100 research studies, 113 datasets and 35 biosample collections, with new features such as the ELSI Support Desk.

A major milestone for EPND was the release of the first harmonised ATN biomarker dataset in May 2025, spanning 350 participants across Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease and dementia with Lewy bodies, now available via the Hub. This issue also features two new academic publications, the launch of EPND’s public webinar series, and partner contributions at the 2025 Alzheimer’s Association International Conference. We share interviews with Audrey Hermans (CBG-MEB) and Rajaraman “Ram” Krishnan (Sanofi), and profile the gMAD/COSCODE cohort, which is investigating gut microbiota and cognitive decline.
